Graham Bartlett’s Shirlington taqueria opened this spring and has expanded its patio to accommodate 22 seats. The menu offers several gluten-free and vegetarian brunch options, including a best-selling breakfast quesadilla with eggs, stretchy Oaxaca cheese and poblano peppers.
