This Rosslyn gastropub strikes just the right balance with excellent cocktails, industrial-meets-rustic design (ask for one of the cozy booths) and attentive service. The menu includes straight shooters like nicely charred wood-fired pizzas, pan-seared branzino with lemon and fresh herbs, lamb-and-veal lasagna, and a juicy burger with smoked provolone and onion jam. Start by sharing an order of coccoli—airy dough balls tossed in truffle honey and served with stracchino cheese and prosciutto.
