Wendy Pilch has noticed a few common threads in her 15 years as a personal stylist in Arlington. Most clients want some variation of the same thing—a simplified wardrobe and a flexible fashion consult that fits into their crazy schedules. So, as a successor to her personal shopping service, Spendalla, she’s launched Millie & Main, a digital solution to the perennial dilemma of having a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear. Now, she and her staff are helping busy women eliminate clutter, streamline their shopping efforts and maximize their budgets via virtual consultations. “It’s a luxury we want everyone to be able to afford,” Pilch says.
