What is your professional and educational background?
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for one of the largest law firms in the country. Consequently, crafting an effective, comprehensive marketing strategy is a top priority for my team.
How do you employ new technology to help your clients?
I have a targeted, technologically-enhanced marketing system. I utilize all major social media platforms. I create individualized advertising campaigns for each listing, including professional photography, staging and professional marketing content. I am really excited about Keller Williams’ recently launched AI app, “Kelle.” Look out world, this new app is about to change the buying and selling landscape in real estate!
What is the one thing that your clients should know about you?
Although buying and selling a home is a business transaction, it can also be a highly emotional and personal experience. I think my clientsl appreciate my commitment, professionalism and loyalty in helping them through this process. I do everything I can for our clients, often coming up with creative solutions to help with their specific needs. I feel that a house must be “model perfect” before it hits the market and I help our clients achieve that. My goal is to maximize each home’s potential and streamline the entire process.
What are your interests outside of work?
Running and spending time with my family, friends and my dog, Bandit! I also love going to Caps games!
