How has what you do changed over time, and how has it remained the same?
Technology has changed everything, from how we meet and interact with clients to how we prepare and negotiate offers. We utilize several proprietary systems that provide our clients up-to-date information anytime, anywhere, whether it’s an update on their listing, a virtual tour of a home or an off-market opportunity.
What has not changed is the relationship side of the business. Residential real estate is a very personal experience for most of our clients. While many companies try to make the sale of residential real estate a simple transactional process, our Associates focus on providing the guidance and support our clients need to make the sale or purchase experience seamless and enjoyable. We ensure that every detail of the transaction will be deftly and skillfully managed, and our long-standing relationships with builders, contractors, vendors and lenders allow us to negotiate deals that would be otherwise unattainable.
What should potential clients know about you?
Buck & Associates has served the Northern Virginia community for over 44 years from our Clarendon office and we have over 225 years of real estate knowledge among our Associates. Our intimate knowledge of Arlington and its real estate market gives us a competitive edge, allowing us to better serve our clients.
We also believe in supporting our community by giving back. Members of the firm support and serve many causes, including the Arlington Chamber, Virginia Hospital Center, civic associations, retirement communities, first responders and the military. Our philosophy has always been to give back as much as we can to show our appreciation for our clients’ continued loyalty to Buck & Associates.
