Q: How have you changed your business practices to keep your clients safe?

A: This certainly has been a challenging time for everyone. We have to be resourceful and rise to the occasion. That is certainly what we have done at Masterman Krogmann, PC to better serve our clients.

In mid-March, prior to the implementation of the stay-at-home order, our firm chose to forego person-to-person meetings in an effort to better protect our clients and staff. We have still been “meeting” with clients and “appearing” in Court via audio and video, and we have taken all steps necessary to effectively serve our clients.
