A: As a women-owned business, we are surrounded by like-minded women who can create mentorship opportunities for others beginning their careers, a critical step in building strong, confident female leaders. We encourage our team’s personal and professional development, helping them become better dental care providers and the best people they can be. A: It is important to me to keep myself and my team educated in the latest technology, education and treatments. Rather than treating patients reactively, addressing issues only as they arise, we stay at the forefront of the latest tools and techniques, using today’s scientific advances to provide conservative and proactive treatment options.
