David grew up in the “boot-heel” of Southeast Missouri with a deep love of Southern food made with farm-fresh ingredients. He started Bootheel in 2010 and has rapidly become loved in Arlington for delicious cuisine including award-winning barbecue and authentic Cajun and Creole fare.
“We call it ‘Barbecue to Black Tie’ because we cater small, super-casual events to very large parties and formal events with thousands of guests,” he said. “We’re a full service caterer—staffing, linens, china or disposables—everything you need for a memorable event.”
