What is the one thing that your clients should know about you?
The most rewarding aspect of our business is building lifetime relationships with our clients and treating them as a part of our growing family. We measure our success by how many lives we can impact in a positive way. Our focus is serving rather than selling—the motivating factor that drives our team and our success is what we can do for others. Our goal is for every client to receive the highest level of service before and after the transaction so that they feel as if they are our only client.
What’s an example of something in your professional life that you are particularly proud of?
We are proud that we are referred at an exceptionally high level. In fact, 82% of our business over the past 15 years can be traced back to three happy clients who started a chain of referrals that have led us to where we are today. Sales in 2018 exceeded $50 million, with 87% of those sales within a three-mile radius, including areas of North Arlington, Falls Church, and McLean.
