What motivates you to work with couples looking to downsize?
I enjoy drawing from my own experience, and I’ve put an experienced team together, to help others make their transitions as seamless as possible. Eleven years ago my husband and I became empty nesters. Having grown up in Philadelphia, we missed city living and not needing a car to get around. However, as excited as we were to embark on a new life adventure, I wasn’t prepared for the emotional turmoil—parting with family treasures is difficult. But downsizing might not be for everyone. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I’m able to offer guidance to those who prefer to age in place.
