With a proven track record of driving development across all lines of business and managing client relationships, Mike Proctor was recently appointed United Bank’s Market President for Arlington and Alexandria. In this role, Proctor puts his banking expertise to work, providing commercial lending, wealth management, mortgage services and retail banking support. “What I enjoy most about my job is working with a variety of clients,” says Proctor. “I’ve found the ideal home at United Bank because we’re uniquely positioned to meet the banking needs of anybody in this market.”

United Bank’s considerable presence in and around Arlington reflects the commitment they’ve made to the local market. Proctor’s 13-year tenure with United Bank translates into strong leadership and an informed perspective on both the local market and the larger Northern Virginia region. While overseeing 11 branch offices in Arlington and Alexandria, Proctor serves on the board of directors for the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. A graduate and former chairman of United Bank’s Leadership Development Program, Proctor has been recognized as one of “40 Under 40” by the Arlington-based Leadership Center for Excellence.
