6. It’s aiming high with the food. Sure, you’ll find the usual fried pickles, beer-cheese dip and wings. But also unexpected dishes such as chicken-liver pate, adobo-spiced rotisserie chicken, pappardelle with house-made lamb sausage, and three house-made breads.  All of the beef  on the menu is sourced from a Virginia farm that feeds its cattle with spent grain from Heritage’s beer-making operation.
