Himalayan Wild Yak

Our food critic is a fan of this Ballston newcomer, where signature dishes feature the protein indigenous to Tibet, Mongolia and Nepal. A special $30 three-course Restaurant Week menu features yak as a dumpling filler, as well as roasted and in korma sauce. Other meaty temptations include skewered wild boar and lamb.
