20. Evermay
Evermay is divided into two sections, split by Route 123. The section on the north side of the highway has 32 homes and a private tennis court. The larger portion, to the south, consists of 134 homes, and includes the Potomac School.

Later commandeered as Camp Griffin, the property served as a headquarters for Union Gen. William F. “Baldy” Smith during the Civil War.
