Q: What are you most proud of in your professional life?
A: Becoming an attorney and building a firm while raising four children. I started law school when my children were 3, 6 and 7, while working full time and married to an active-duty service member. I also take particular pride in resolving difficult custody matters for families.
Q: What advice would you offer someone starting in your profession?
A: Learn the law, observe court proceedings and always be prepared.
