Arlington Law Group

Q: Why should I work with Arlington Law Group to prepare my estate plan?

A: Every adult can benefit from estate planning. Planning for disability or incapacity during your lifetime is just as important as providing for a smooth transfer of assets at the end of life. Estate planning should minimize estate taxes and protect assets to maximize funds for children, family members and other beneficiaries.

Because estate planning sounds daunting, we offer a free initial consultation and fixed fee pricing, with several options to meet each client’s needs and budget. Our experienced attorneys guide you through the process, providing the legal documents combined with advice of a trusted professional to help you make the best decisions for yourself and your family.

Q: What makes the Arlington Law Group team special?

A: After starting as a solo law practice in 2007, we have grown to five attorneys and three paralegals.

We are all committed to taking care of our clients and each other, whether we are working with a client to start a new business, or to settle the estate of a loved one who has died.  We have been lucky to build a supportive, collaborative environment for our staff, which is reflected in how we support our clients each day.

Helping our clients starts with helping our Arlington community—our attorneys serve in volunteer leadership positions at local organizations, and we provide pro bono legal services to help both individuals in our community and the organizations that support them.
