Q: What advice would you offer to women just starting out?
A: Surround yourself with people who inspire you to grow, and seek out those whose professionalism, integrity and work ethic you admire. Introduce yourself. Ask for that coffee meeting. Most successful people are happy to share what they’ve learned. And when it’s your turn, be ready to give back to others. Getting involved in professional and community organizations creates opportunities you’d never anticipate. In retrospect, some of the most meaningful moments in my career didn’t happen because I was chasing opportunities, they came from showing up, getting involved and building genuine relationships.
Q: What continues to inspire you?
A: The people. Every client has a unique story, and real estate gives me the privilege of meeting and helping people at every stage of life. I’ve built relationships with clients from across the country and around the world, many of whom have grown into lasting friendships. One of the greatest compliments I can receive is a referral from a past client. That kind of trust is something I never take for granted.
Q: How do you measure success?
A: By the trust my clients place in me during some of their biggest life decisions. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, a growing family, someone downsizing or a client relocating across the country, my goal is always to make the process less stressful and help them feel confident at every step. Outside of work, success means balance—faith and family first, and giving back to the community that’s given my family and me so much.
