Gabrielle Witkin

“Most agents tell you what you want to hear. I tell you the truth. In Arlington and McLean, that is the difference between a good sale and a great one.”

Q: What sets you apart in this crowded industry?

A: I have spent over 15 years in Arlington and McLean. The real value I bring is not a comp report or a lockbox code: it is judgment. When your home should be priced below what you hoped, I say so. When an offer looks strong on paper, but the buyer will not actually close, I say that, too.

My clients are busy people making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. They do not need cheerleading. They need someone who will tell them the truth and hold the line when it matters most.

Q: How has your personal background shaped your professional success?

A: I grew up a military brat. I have packed up a life and started over more times than I can count. So, I understand what a move actually costs a family. Not just the money, but the disruption, the timing, the emotional weight of getting it right. That is why I lead with listening. Before I ever talk strategy, I want to understand what you are really worried about.

My training is unusual for this work. I studied biomedical engineering and spent years as a management consultant for a top global firm. I think in systems and evidence. When I price your home or structure a negotiation, it is not a hunch. It is a plan.

Empathy tells me what matters to you. The data tells me how to get you there. You get both.
