Q: What do you hope patients take away from their first visit to your office?
A: That they can trust us—and that we don’t take that trust lightly. Many patients come in carrying years of anxiety or bad experiences with dentistry, and I want them to leave feeling genuinely cared for as an individual, not just another name on the schedule. As a boutique practice, we are patient-focused and take the time to ensure patients feel at home. Here, the patient is always in the driver’s seat. If you need to stop, we stop. You tell me how things are going, not the other way around. Ultimately, I hope every patient leaves feeling like they’ve found a real partner in their long-term health and that they’re in the hands of an experienced team that truly loves what they do.
