A: The introduction of collaborative law in family law has been monumental, giving people the opportunity to utilize self-determination to avoid litigation. Collaborative law is a kinder, gentler process for divorce, custody modifications and other legal proceedings. An early commitment to civility eliminates many disagreements and benefits all parties. The best part is that the clients interact pleasantly and know we are all working toward more peaceful family life.
