“At RSVP, we believe exceptional leaders shouldn’t have to choose between ambitious careers and fulfilling lives. When our people thrive as whole individuals, our clients feel the difference.”
Q: Why do you do what you do?
A: We’re inspired by earning trust. Every event is an opportunity to anticipate needs, solve problems and build relationships before the first guest arrives. Knowing our preparation allows clients to focus on what matters most—connecting with their guests—makes this work incredibly rewarding.
Q: How have you mentored others?
A: Mentorship is woven into our culture. We encourage one another to ask questions, embrace new challenges and celebrate successes together. Many of us are leaders today because someone believed in us first, and we’re committed to creating those same opportunities for others.
Q: What’s the best advice you’ve received?
A: People may forget the details, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. That philosophy guides every relationship—with clients, venue partners and one another—and reminds us that genuine care is just as important as flawless execution.
Q: What’s changing for women in business?
A: One of the most encouraging changes we’ve seen is that women are no longer expected to fit a single definition of leadership. Today’s leaders are valued not only for their expertise, but also for their ability to build relationships, mentor others and lead with empathy. At RSVP, we believe exceptional leaders shouldn’t have to choose between ambitious careers and fulfilling lives. When our people thrive as whole individuals, our clients feel the difference. That’s why we’ve worked intentionally to create a culture where people are supported both professionally and personally. We believe that builds stronger leaders, stronger client partnerships, and ultimately, a stronger business.
