Sam Haberlach

Real estate is more than buying and selling homes; it’s helping people achieve their goals. My mission: combine strategic real estate with exceptional service to exceed expectations and inspire tears of joy.

Q: What makes you different than other home professionals?

A: My approach to real estate is rooted in a lifetime of service, leadership and strategic decision-making. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 26 years as an officer in the United States Air Force, followed by several years as an executive director in human resources information technology for a successful government contractor. Throughout my career, I learned how to analyze complex situations, develop strategic plans, communicate clearly and execute with precision.

I’ve also personally relocated twelve times, purchased numerous homes and built a real estate investment portfolio. I understand what it’s like to sit on both sides of the table and make significant financial decisions for your family.

Q: How has your previous career influenced the way you serve your real estate clients today?

A: The Air Force taught me three core values: Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All We Do. Those values continue to guide every client relationship today.

Q: What is the one thing your clients should know about you?

A: I will always put their interests ahead of my own. Real estate can be emotional, and there are times when the best advice is not the advice that leads to a transaction. I have encouraged buyers to wait when the timing wasn’t right, advised sellers against renovations that would not provide a meaningful return on investment and helped clients evaluate options based on their long-term financial goals rather than short-term pressures. I want my clients to feel informed, empowered and confident throughout the process.
