A: We take a personal approach to every case and every client. Our clients are dealing with difficult circumstances, and we believe they deserve attorneys who are accessible, persistent and dedicated to their interests. We take the time to understand each client’s situation and work diligently toward the best possible outcome.
Q: What brings you the most satisfaction in your work?
A: The most rewarding part is helping clients navigate challenging situations and achieving favorable results for them. Whether it is a personal injury, wrongful-death matter, criminal case or other civil dispute, it is gratifying to know that our work can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Q: What’s an example of something in your professional life that you’re particularly proud of?
A: I’m proud of the results we have achieved for our clients and the reputation our firm has built over the years. Recently, we settled a wrongful-death case for $4 million and a premises-liability case for $657,000. Those results reflect the preparation, persistence and commitment we bring to each case.
Q: What is your professional and educational background?
A: Our practice focuses on personal injury, criminal defense and civil law. Mark Cummings graduated from George Mason University’s law school and now serves as a law professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School, where he shares his experience with future attorneys.
