True barbecue isn’t about competition, it’s about bringing people together. Every culture shares one thing in common: food cooked over fire. At Hal & Al’s, our menu is inspired by the places that shaped us—Texas brisket smoked low and slow, Pakistani spices layered with depth, and a Welsh cheddar discovered while road-tripping through Scotland, now folded into our mac & cheese. Each dish reflects the journeys, people, and traditions that brought us here—and the responsibility that comes with it.

Through our partnership with the Human Development Fund, 5% of every sale helps us run our orphanage in Namanga, Kenya. We’re also committed to sustainability—planting a tree for every 20 pounds of wood we smoke and using only compostable packaging.
