20. Evans Farm
This gated, upscale community offers a mix of single-family homes, as well as townhomes and condominiums. Built on the site of the historic Evans Farm, the community has preserved a sense of the past by incorporating historic elements of the farm, including the Stone Mill and a pond. It is well located, with easy access to major highways, downtown McLean, Tysons and the Silver Line Metro.

Later commandeered as Camp Griffin, the property served as a headquarters for Union Gen. William F. “Baldy” Smith during the Civil War. Today it is home to a mix of older residences in traditional architectural styles and luxury new builds.
