Feast on barbecue with an Asian flavor profile, courtesy of this pop-up by chefs Kevin Tien (Hot Lola’s Chicken) and Scott Chung (Bun’d Up), with some added expertise and elbow grease from Sloppy Mama’s pitmaster Joe Neuman. Operating out of Bun’d Up’s Pentagon Row storefront, Wild Tiger is turning out pulled pork, brisket, ribs and other shin-ramen-rubbed proteins, all of which are accompanied by kimchi pickles and your choice of five housemade sauces.
