The Melting Pot

The fondue-themed eatery’s Restaurant Week menu includes one cheese fondue, a salad, a main dish (with choices like chicken breast, ravioli, shrimp or teriyaki-marinated sirloin); and one chocolate fondue for dessert.

TRIO Grill

Specials at this sophisticated Merrifield restaurant include soup or grilled asparagus; grilled pork loin or smoked short rib; and key-lime pie or lemon poppyseed cake.

Wildfire

Designed to evoke a 1940s supper club, this restaurant inside Tysons Galleria is offering a brunch menu that includes homemade caramel-pecan rolls, prime-rib hash and a spinach, kale and feta cheese frittata. Lunch options include a stuffed hickory burger and a mustard-crusted chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll. For dinner, choose cedar-planked salmon, mustard-crusted pork chops or a spit-roasted New York strip.

2941

This elegantly appointed Falls Church restaurant is offering a menu to match. Starters at lunch include chilled coconut-melon soup or an heirloom tomato salad, plus a main course of basil risotto or duck Bolognese. For dinner, start with summer melon or beef tartare, then move on to brioche-crusted sea bass or a Berkshire pork duo. A chocolate tart and a white chocolate passionfruit mousse are offered for dessert at both lunch and dinner.
