Marketing its menu as “Straight Up Seoul Food,” Loopy’s Eatery specializes in Korean comfort food. The most popular dish is Bibim Bop, a rice bowl topped with fried egg, vegetables and bulgogi. The truck also serves dumplings and spring rolls and updates its Instagram feed daily with locations and hours.
