W-L to Close Due to Low Enrollment

Faced with a declining student population, the 100-year old Arlington high school is calling it quits.

In a dramatic turn of events, Arlington Public Schools announced today that W-L High School will close its doors at the end of this semester, a casualty of a shrinking student population in Arlington County. Word on the street is that the building is being converted into a Starbucks.
