The Four P’s is extending its usual Saturday brunch into Monday, with a la carte dishes such as omelets, pancakes, Irish eggs Benedict (featuring Irish bacon and Brussels sprouts) and the Irish Fry (eggs, sausage, bacon, black & white pudding, mushrooms, grilled tomato, potatoes and baked beans). Alternately, go for one of the lunch items, be it Cobb salad, a burger, fish & chips or corned beef & cabbage.
