Cookology
Yes, Ballston’s recently opened Cookology (in Ballston Quarter) is indeed a cooking school. And yes, that means you’ll be cooking your Restaurant Week meal when you drop by. But don’t worry, you’ll be assisted by some experienced chefs. On Aug. 18 at 5 p.m., try the Asian cuisine class with a bit of mixology thrown in. Among other things, you’ll be making Korean bulgogi and, perhaps more importantly, whipping up a sake cocktail.
