Make someone’s dreams come true (maybe your own?) with the ultimate gift of love and devotion: a puppy. At Ballston’s Subs and Pups Puppy Party (Feb. 15), the local nonprofit Homeward Trails will bring dogs that are ready to adopt an owner. Earl’s Sandwiches will provide the grub.
