The beloved German bakery just off Lee Highway sells an apple-raisin strudel, a traditional apple pie, an apple-caramel pie and a Dutch apple pie. There’s also an apple-crumb coffee cake with cinnamon streusel topping and strips of white icing, which co-owner Carla Buchler says can keep for several days.
