Mocktinis and Mocktikis at 2941
2941’s new bar director, Corie Tiencken, is mixing it up this winter. She’s developed cranberry and rosemary shrubs – made from vinegar, water and fruit – and is using housemade almond syrup, fresh fruit and purees to make virgin martinis and tiki-style drinks for Dryuary. The shrubs have a slightly sharp flavor, which mimics alcohol, delivering fresh flavors with none of the hangover.
