That sale came on the heels of two sales of homes owned by Washington Capitals stars. Caps center Nicklas Bäckström sold his McLean mansion for $11 million in January, and former Washington Capitals right winger T.J. Oshie sold his McLean estate for $9.3 million in October, 2025.
