One More Page Books welcomed a record-breaking crowd on November 30th for Small Business Saturday® and Arlington Small Business Day. The bookstore also hosted six area authors as part of the brand-new Indies First movement. The authors included Julie R. Harrison (“Mom’s Had a Rough Day” and Epic Mom“); Mary Kay Zuravleff (“The Bowl is Already Broken” and “Man Alive!”); Ellen Crosby (Wine Country Mystery Series and “Multiple Exposure: A Sophie Medina Mystery“); Kathleen McCleary (“A Simple Thing” and “Leaving Haven“); Alma Katsu (“The Taker,” “The Reckoning,” and “The Descent“); and Tim Wendel (“Summer of ’68” and “Habana Libre“).

Small Business Saturday® is a day designated by the national Shop Small® movement to support small businesses around the country by encouraging holiday shoppers to shop locally during one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.

Arlington Small Business Day is a local effort to promote and encourage shopping at small businesses in Arlington, VA.
