The Spanish restaurant in Ballston will host an Easter egg hunt for the kids at 12:30 and will be serving traditional Spanish Easter dishes such as  jarrete de cordero (lamb shank, piquillo peppers, mashed potatoes, mushroom sauce); pera al vino con sopa de primavera (a cold fruit soup featuring poached pear, berries and mint with vanilla ice cream) and a salad of heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and goat cheese.
