
Buena Vida
Clarendon’s newly opened Buena Vida just launched its brunch service. And on a menu crafted by acclaimed Mexican chef Gerardo Vazquez Lugo, that means dishes like huevos rancheros with ham, refried beans and salsa roja; plantain-walnut pancakes; and ancho-piloncillo bacon, avocado and habanero mayo sliders on housemade biscuits. Plus cocktails such as the Mimada (lime juice, hibiscus and sparkling wine) or the Puebla Negroni (pomegranate liqueur, tequila, agave).
