2. Nama’Stay for Beer Yoga
Here’s a nice way to wind down after work on a Monday. Roll out your mat on a Clarendon rooftop overlooking the D.C. skyline for an hour of Vinyasa flow yoga. Then walk across the street to Heritage Brewing Co. for a cold one afterward. The class meets July 23 and August 27 at 6:45 p.m. on the top deck of the Fillmore St. parking garage. Each $20 ticket includes the class and one drink (alcoholic or non). If space is available, walk-in tickets will be offered for $25.
