7. Puppy Yoga
If you’re more of a dog person, this puppy yoga class on August 9 will feature the newest litter of puppies from the Animal Welfare League of Arlington (AWLA). The all-level class (open to participants age 10 and older) is perfect for those seeking a fun and adorable stretch (complete with downward facing dog pose). Just keep in mind that the puppies aren’t yet potty-trained, so you might be best with a mat and attire that aren’t brand new. Classes are available from 6-7 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m. Get tickets here.Â
