5. Kitten Yoga
This August 7 session is open to yogis of all levels, and cat-cow stretches are a good bet. The Animal Welfare League of Arlington (AWLA) is providing cuddly—and did we mention, adoptable?—kittens that are sure to make your workout purr-fectly exceptional. Buy tickets in advance here. Classes are offered from 6-7 p.m. and 7:30-8:30 p.m.
