Caboose Commons
Local microbrewery Caboose Brewing, which started out in a warehouse on the W&OD Trail in Vienna, just opened its second location in the Mosaic District. The new Caboose Commons features an expansive industrial space, farm-to-table food (including vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options) and plenty of house-brewed beer, which you can buy as tasters, pints, growlers, sixtels or half barrels. Also? There’s breakfast. And espresso drinks.
