The long-awaited Quarter Market at Ballston Quarter finally launched in March, with seven eateries now open (Copa, Hot Lola’s, Ice Cream Jubilee, Mi & Yu Noodle Bar, Rice Crook, Sloppy Mama’s, Turu’s by Timber Pizza) and another half-dozen on the way. Menu highlights include roast duck noodle bowls, Korean barbecue beef bowls, pot-pie croquettes and honey-lemon-lavender ice cream.
