Chef Spike Mendelsohn’s new health-conscious eatery inside The St. James, a massive new sportsplex, serves dishes like broccolini on sourdough toast, cauliflower nachos, roasted chicken and braised short ribs. There’s also a grab-and-go counter offering cold-pressed juices, acai bowls and smoothies.
