Jaleo
As part of its Gin and Tonic Festival, running now through April 28, Jaleo is offering several gin-infused beverages with food pairings. Drink options include the Apios y Alcachofas Gin and Tonic, a blend of Tanqueray gin, Fever Tree Indian tonic, Cynar amaro, celery bitters and lemon. There’s also a patio-only special on the Jose’s Ultimate Gin & Tonic: Hendrick’s Gin, Indian tonic, juniper, lemon verbena, lemon and lime. Gin sorbet or oysters with lemon, gin and tonic may also be worth a go.
